• Deliver direct RN care to surgical patients using established nursing processes in the perioperative environment
• Supervise and coordinate activities of various nursing staff levels, ensuring safe, efficient patient flow
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and circulating staff to coordinate care and maintain patient safety
• Monitor patient status before, during, and after procedures; administer medications within scope and uphold sterile technique and infection control standards
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately; respond to changes in patient condition per policy
• Educate patients and families about perioperative care, recovery expectations, and discharge planning as appropriate

• Active Registered Nurse license in California
• Education:
  
  Nursing degree (ADN or BSN) from an accredited program
• OR/perioperative nursing experience preferred
• Ability to work evenings and 4x10 shifts; willingness to travel for a travel assignment
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced perioperative setting and adhere to safety and quality standards
