Registered Nurse – Acute Care

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice required
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor required
• At least two years of recent experience in the field

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for patients according to established standards of care.
• Analyze assessment data to determine diagnosis and care issues.
• Develop and implement a care plan to achieve desired outcomes.
• Evaluate patient progress and collaborate with the healthcare team for safe and effective care.
• Provide education and resources to patients and their families regarding health management.
• Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.

• Background checks and compliance with other facility safety protocols are mandatory.
