Role Overview
Provides coordinated nursing care for patients, ensuring adherence to established standards and the nursing process. Supervises and directs nursing staff, collaborates with healthcare teams, and utilizes critical thinking, professional judgment, and discretion to deliver safe, effective care.
Responsibilities- Collects and analyzes patient data to develop and implement care plans
- Coordinates care delivery and promotes a safe, healing environment
- Participates in discharge planning for continuity of care
- Delegates tasks appropriately within the healthcare team
- Provides health education to patients and families
- Performs other related duties as assigned
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
- Certifications:
BLS, ACLS or ARC-ALS, Fetal Heart Monitoring, NRP or NALS - Preferred:
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) and acute care experience - Strong critical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills
Deliver comprehensive nursing care, supervise staff, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure patient safety and quality outcomes.
