Hours:

• Travel position; assignment details provided upon interview

Qualifications:

• Current, unencumbered RN license in California (or compact eligibility)
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience in an Operating Room setting
• BLS and ACLS certifications (active)
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Adaptability to new protocols and fast-paced environments

Responsibilities:

• Scrub and circulate for surgical cases with attention to safety and aseptic technique
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and fellow staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Monitor patients throughout the perioperative process
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold the highest patient care standards
• Participate in ongoing training and quality improvement initiatives
