Registered Nurse – Emergency Room

$2105.28/week –

Job Summary:

Provides comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Emergency Room, ensuring prompt and effective treatment. Supervises and guides nursing staff while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions by collecting relevant health data promptly upon arrival.
• Develop individualized care plans based on assessment findings and established protocols.
• Implement interventions and coordinate care delivery to stabilize and treat emergency patients.
• Evaluate patient responses to treatments, adjusting care plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians, technicians, and families to ensure seamless care transition and effective communication.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, discharge instructions, and health maintenance.

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of two years recent experience in emergency or acute care settings.
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor.
• Certification in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and PALS or ARC-ALS/PALS required.
• Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure with excellent critical thinking and decision-making skills.
