Registered Nurse - Acute Care

Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Contract Length: 13 weeks Guaranteed

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN):
  Preferred
• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice:
  Required
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification:
  Required
• AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS:
  Required
• AHA-PALS or ARC-PALS:
  Required
• At least two years recent experience in the field:
  Required
• EPIC experience:
  Required

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for patients according to established standards and the nursing process.
• Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide patient care in a safe and caring environment.
• Evaluate patient care outcomes and participate in discharge planning.
• Provide learning opportunities for patients and family members.
• Delegate duties appropriately among healthcare team members.
