Registered Nurse (RN) Immunization Nurse (Vaccination Clinic) — Arvin/Bakersfield Locations:
Arvin, CA 93203 and Bakersfield, CA 93308
Schedule:
Sun–Sat, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM (flexible availability required) Pay: $55.75/hr
Hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) Immunization Nurse to support in-store vaccination clinic coverage in Arvin and Bakersfield, CA. This Registered Nurse (RN) Immunization Nurse role is hands-on and patient-facing, focused on vaccine delivery (Flu, COVID-19, MMR and more), accurate documentation, and a smooth clinic experience. Ideal for a Registered Nurse (RN) Immunization Nurse who can work a flexible schedule and deliver fast, safe, customer-friendly care.
Responsibilities- Administer vaccinations/immunizations (Flu, COVID-19, MMR, and other adult vaccines)
- Complete patient screening, vaccine education, and post-shot monitoring
- Document vaccines accurately and follow clinic workflow and compliance steps
- Maintain patient safety standards and infection prevention practices
- Follow vaccine handling/storage requirements and onsite safety protocols
- Support efficient patient flow and provide strong customer service
- Coordinate with onsite staff; communicate clearly and professionally
- Active, unrestricted California RN license (required)
- 1+ year related nursing experience (immunizing/vaccination clinic preferred)
- BLS certification (preferred)
- Strong clinical judgment, accuracy, and documentation skills
- Able to work onsite and cover the listed locations as scheduled
- High School Diploma/GED required (per client requirement)
