Health Yes Staffing Network is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist for a permanent, full-time outpatient position with an established surgical organization in California’s southern Central Valley near Bakersfield.

• Conduct comprehensive pre-anesthesia assessments

• Review patient histories and diagnostic information

• Develop individualized anesthesia plans

• Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care

• Manage patients throughout outpatient surgical procedures

• Monitor physiological responses and intervene appropriately

• Support postoperative recovery and discharge readiness

• Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and procedural teams

• Maintain complete and timely clinical documentation

• Follow applicable regulatory and patient-safety standards

• Graduate of an accredited nurse-anesthesia program

• Current NBCRNA certification

• Active California RN and CRNA licenses or eligibility

• Current BLS and ACLS certifications

• PALS certification when required

• Outpatient or ambulatory anesthesia experience preferred

• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills

• Annual compensation: approximately $375,000–$416,000

• Final compensation based on experience and qualifications
