LVN Novice Nurse

Role: Novice Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) in a full-time training program designed for new graduates or those with less than one year of experience.

Responsibilities Include

• Utilizing the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Administering medications and treatments, monitoring effectiveness, and documenting progress
• Responding to changes in patient condition and reporting to supervisors or physicians
• Collaborating and documenting care coordination with healthcare team
• Ensuring safety and proper functioning of the environment and equipment

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Active LPN/LVN license
• Current CPR certification
• PPD or chest X-ray if applicable

Training Program & Support: Provides hands-on, one-on-one patient care experience in home settings with mentorship from experienced nurses, focusing on direct patient care, vent/trach/g-tube management, and critical thinking skills. 24/7 clinical support available.
