Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Room (ER) – Travel / Contract
Location: Bakersfield, CA
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Days/Nights 36/48 hours per week, 12-hour shifts
Pay: $56 -$58 per hour
Department: Emergency Department / Trauma Support
Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department of a high-acuity acute care hospital, delivering coordinated nursing care for trauma and emergent patients while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities:Assess, triage, and treat ED patients
Implement care plans and monitor outcomes
Document accurately and maintain patient safety
Collaborate with team members and supervise support staff
Educate patients and families
Requirements / Credentials:BLS / CPR certification
ACLS & PALS
2+ years of ED experience required
, 3+ preferred
BSN preferred
Ability to work 12-hour shifts
Must be a traveler
Licensure / State Notes (California):California is not a compact state
; must hold an active CA RN license
Must comply with facility credentialing and vaccination requirements
