• Assist in implementing best practice models and patient care delivery systems.
• Support investigations into patient/family/member concerns regarding care and services.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members for optimal patient care.
• Allocate resources in assigned clinical areas for appropriate utilization.
• Supervise the use and maintenance of equipment, supplies, and medications.
• Maintain clinical expertise and provide clinical supervision.
• Delegate tasks aligned to scope of practice.
• Perform clinical duties as required.
• Monitor compliance with the Nursing Practice Act and regulatory standards.
• Foster open dialogue and mentor team members for performance improvement.

• Associate's Degree (ADN) required

• Leadership experience required

• Current RN License in California
