• Opportunity to provide NICU patient care in a hospital setting

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for NICU patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process
• Monitor and assess neonates, respond to changes in condition, and document findings accurately
• Administer medications and manage NICU equipment, including ventilators and monitors, with strict adherence to policy and protocol
• Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams
• Utilize critical thinking, professional judgment, and independent discretion to optimize patient outcomes
• Communicate effectively with families, provide education as appropriate, and ensure continuity of care during shifts

• Active Registered Nurse license (state requirements to be verified during hiring)
• NICU experience preferred; ability to work in a NICU setting
• Ability to work night shifts and 12-hour rotations
• Eligibility for travel assignment in the United States
