American Traveler is hiring a NICU RN for a day shift position requiring EPIC experience and NRP/STABLE certifications.

• Work in the Neonatal ICU (NICU
  1) of an acute care hospital
• Day shift schedule, 07:00 AM-07:30 PM, 36 hours per week only
• EPIC EMR experience required

• Active CA RN license required
• Current BLS certification from an approved vendor required
• AHA-NRP or ARC-NALS certification required
• S.T.A.B.L.E. (STABLE) certification required
• BSN and acute care facility experience preferred
• No prior disciplinary action on license accepted

• Deliver coordinated nursing care to NICU patients following established standards and the nursing process
• Supervise and direct nursing staff while coordinating care across disciplines
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure safe, healing, and humane care
• Provide patient and family education and participate in discharge planning to support continuity of care
• Delegate and coordinate duties among healthcare team members
• Holiday RTO will not be approved
• Requests for more than 5 days of RTO will not be approved
• Local candidates accepted with no radius restriction, local rates same as travel rates
• Candidates may only be submitted to one hospital within the Adventist Health system at a time
