Hired First in Bakersfield, CA is seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join our critical care team. The RN will provide high-level care to critically ill patients and collaborate with physicians to ensure optimal outcomes.
Schedule includes 36–48 hours per week with Day and Night shifts available. Active CA RN license with BLS and ACLS certifications are required, and ICU experience is preferred. Strong clinical judgment and teamwork are essential.
