Essential Functions

Deliver strong People results by hiring, training, evaluating, and motivating staff, ensuring high performance and alignment with the company's vision.

Ensure staff understand their roles and responsibilities, and foster a fair, equitable work environment.

Provide feedback, conduct performance reviews, and implement improvement or disciplinary plans when necessary.

Maintain operational standards, including guest experience, food quality, ambiance, and safety standards.

Deliver strong Guest results by responding to comments and complaints promptly, ensuring excellent service and environment.

Focus on financial results by managing costs, labor, cash handling, and increasing community presence.

Job Requirements

College degree in Hospitality, Food Service, Business, or equivalent experience.
5+ years managing a full-service restaurant or equivalent experience for the General Manager role.
1-2 years experience for the Assistant Manager position.
