• 6 months computer experience
• 6 months experience with retail technology
• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills
• Ability to stand and perform physical tasks
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs unassisted

• Retail or customer service experience
• Bilingual skills
• Trade certifications relevant to the department

This role does not require regular travel but may occasionally involve travel for meetings or training. Environmental conditions vary, and physical lifting guidelines must be followed.
