The Beauty Merchandiser will:

• Focus on display updates, maintenance, stockroom organization, and replenishment of stock
• Execute Gift with Purchase and Purchase with Purchase promotions, Open Sell concepts, and the Trend Recycling Program
• Provide outstanding customer service, pausing tasks when needed to assist customers

We are looking for flexible team players who thrive in a fast-paced environment and can work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Full-time colleagues are typically scheduled for 30 or more hours per week; part-time for 12–24 hours per week. Hours vary based on business needs and availability.

Greet and connect with customers, address their needs promptly, and guide them to appropriate products. Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting shopping environment and stay informed about merchandise across the department to address inquiries and contribute to sales success.

• Install and update fixtures and product displays promptly
• Manage the Beauty Department’s Trend Recycling Collateral Program
• Maintain stockroom organization and perform front-of-house tasks such as merchandising placement, fixture adjustments, and replenishment
• Keep tester stations and fixtures clean and restocked; ensure open-sell and multi-branded areas meet department standards
• Support Gift With Purchase (GWP) and Purchase With Purchase (PWP) events, including organizing promotional materials
• Execute the Dispose In Field (DIF) process per standards and handle waste and hazardous materials per regulations
• Participate in physical inventory and contribute to shortage prevention; adhere to Asset Protection and inventory control procedures
• Foster an inclusive, respectful environment that strengthens relationships with colleagues, customers, and communities

• Strong merchandising or visual skills and creativity; prior visual or merchandising experience is preferred
• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with reliable attendance
• Resourceful, adaptable to changing priorities, able to work independently and with a team
• Self-starter with ability to adjust to evolving customer needs
• Ability to switch between tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy and timeliness
• Comfortable communicating with diverse groups of customers and peers
• Ability to read and understand employment policies and safety rules in English

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs, stand for extended periods, and move frequently
• Stoop, kneel, crouch, reach above eye level, and climb ladders as required
• Frequent computer and technology use, including handheld equipment and cash register operations
