Buckle - 2701 Ming Avenue, Ste 229 - Responsibilities:
Fulfill Buckle's mission by delivering an enjoyable shopping experience through sales, merchandising, and store operations tasks (cashier, merchandise display and pulls, register procedures, routine cleaning).;
Collaborate with Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales, recruit Teammates, and provide leadership.;
Lead by example with strong customer service, product knowledge, and showmanship; train and develop new Teammates.;
Achieve personal sales goals and maintain adherence to policies, while utilizing tools like inventory search and POS procedures.;
Support daily store setup, training, and coverage of shifts; participate in supervision and mentorship as needed.
