• Sell general pest control services to residential customers within an assigned territorial area which may span across multiple branch service areas
• Physically inspect a variety of residential structures to determine presence of pests and present a sales solution to prospective customers
• Arrive at scheduled estimates and service appointments in a timely manner
• Explain pest control services and sell repetitive annual service agreements to 70% of all estimates scheduled
• Work with branch management team to establish sales growth goals and coordinate activities to ensure these goals are achieved
• Travel from one area to another or operate within a specified territory, coordinating with branch management team to isolate target areas
• Occasionally service accounts and perform exclusion where necessary
• Receive and properly account for company funds collected during the course of business activities
• Submit all paperwork and collections on a daily basis
• Maintain company‑issued equipment and vehicle in a clean and safe condition at all times

• First‑year earnings range from $75,000 to $100,000, based on performance.

Our sales compensation plans reward strong results. While earnings beyond the stated range are not guaranteed, top‑performing Sales Representatives often earn $125,000 or more annually through commissions and incentives. Actual earnings may vary based on individual performance, territory, and business conditions.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must hold the Branch II Field Rep. license

• You must speak clearly and effectively in English, dress professionally, and exhibit a pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills. You should be able to work positively with fellow employees, even under stressful conditions.
• Each employee must obey safety instructions, rules, policy, and procedures and use safety devices and equipment. Employees are responsible for notifying their immediate supervisor of any safety violations or deficiencies.
