At Exito Universal, we specialize in customer acquisition, retail promotions, and face‑to‑face marketing campaigns for nationally recognized brands. As our team continues to grow in Bakersfield, we’re looking for an outgoing, motivated individual to join us as a Brand Representative in busy retail locations.

This is an entry‑level opportunity with full training provided. Candidates with experience in retail sales, customer service, hospitality, food service, event promotions, or other customer‑facing environments are encouraged to apply.

• Engage with customers inside retail stores and promotional event locations
• Represent client brands professionally and positively
• Explain products, services, and promotional offers clearly and confidently
• Answer customer questions and provide product information
• Support customer sign‑ups, purchases, and account setup processes
• Deliver excellent customer service and create positive customer experiences
• Work both independently and collaboratively with the sales team
• Help achieve daily and weekly sales and customer acquisition goals
• Maintain professionalism in high‑traffic retail environments
