Leasing Consultant

Job Overview

Western National Group is looking for a Leasing Consultant to be the initial point of contact for prospective residents, delivering engaging tours and demonstrating why our community is the best choice. The role offers $21.00 to $24 per hour, plus bonus potential, and a comprehensive benefits package.

• Act as the first face potential residents encounter, creating a polished and energetic impression.
• Conduct tailored property tours and convincingly close sales.
• Maintain a high‑energy, fast‑paced work environment and consistently meet leasing targets.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and present a professional appearance at all times.
• Utilize technology such as Yardi Voyager and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) to manage tasks.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent (college degree preferred).
• Minimum two years of sales or marketing experience; leasing experience not required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish highly desired.
• Strong interpersonal and sales skills with a proven ability to close deals.
• Computer proficiency; experience with Microsoft Office and Yardi Voyager is a plus.
• Capacity to thrive in a fast‑paced community setting.
