As an Outside Sales team member, you will be responsible for prospecting, developing, and qualifying leads within the assigned territory. You will utilize the company CRM to identify, prospect, close new business and consistently achieve weekly sales goals and quotas.
Required Qualifications- High School diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), intranet/internet and Contact Management System (CMS)
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Prior sales experience (1 year+), preferably in a similar role
- Prior new business‑to‑business (B2B) sales experience
- Salary + Monthly Commission: Competitive base salary with the potential to earn unlimited commission and a quarterly bonus based on performance.

A reasonable estimate of total compensation for this role ranges between $70,304 – $150,000 per year and includes a base salary plus earned commissions. The range is dependent on skill set, experience, performance and business needs.
