Role Overview
Seeking a goal-oriented, energetic Sales Representative to join the outside sales team. The position involves providing solutions for work apparel needs through B2B sales, including cold-calling, product demos, negotiations, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect, develop, and qualify leads within the assigned territory
- Utilize CRM to identify and close new business
- Achieve weekly sales goals and quotas
- Present product solutions and handle objections effectively
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- High School diploma or GED;
Bachelor’s degree preferred - Valid driver’s license
- Proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems
- Prior sales experience, especially in B2B, is a plus
- Strong communication, confidence, and solution-focused mindset
