Join Our Team as a Counter Sales and Service Associate!
Are you passionate about customer service, sales, and the HVAC/R industry? Do you enjoy helping people find the right solution while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment? We’re looking for a Counter Sales and Service Associate to join our branch operations and be the face of Johnstone Supply for our valued customers.

What You’ll Do:- Deliver prompt, friendly, and professional service to customers in person, over the phone, and online.
- Help customers select the right products by understanding their needs and offering expert guidance.
- Process sales transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system.
- Handle customer returns, warranties, and follow-ups with efficiency and care.
- Maintain showroom appearance and ensure seasonal and promotional readiness.
- Recommend additional products and solutions to maximize customer success.
- Learn and grow your product knowledge through training and self-guided learning.
- Support warehouse operations as needed, including shipping, receiving, and stocking.
- At least 2 years of customer service or sales experience, ideally in HVAC/R or a related industry.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills—you’re great with people and detail-oriented.
- A problem-solver with a helpful attitude and a desire to serve.
- Team player who enjoys collaborating and creating positive customer experiences.
- Basic computer and math skills; experience with point-of-sale systems is a plus.
- High school diploma or GED required.
