Branch Service Technician – Bakersfield, CA

• Professionally install, maintain and repair customer compressed air equipment in the assigned branch territory, including after‑hours emergencies when necessary.
• Systematically analyze mechanical, electrical, refrigeration and controls subsystems to provide customers with root causes of problems and solutions to correct them.
• Support customers with recommendations on maintenance intervals and system improvements.

• High school diploma.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Aptitude to learn mechanical, electrical, refrigeration and controls systems.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Salary range $32–$36 per hour, commensurate with experience.
