Branch Lead

What you will do:

• Responsible for coordinating and leading day-to-day shop activities within a branch or field service shop.
• These activities may include production, material handling, warehousing, facilities maintenance, and general labor.
• May conduct employee training and coaching. Determines and assigns daily work assignments.
• May work alongside the shop technicians to ensure work is completed and meets customer expectations.
• Operates motorized machinery as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent and 3+ years of relevant experience working as a Shop Technician or in a similar role.

Physical Demands:

• Role is deemed safety-sensitive and may be subject to employer or customer drug testing.

Position Compensation and Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: $31 - $36
