We are looking for experienced Journeyman Industrial Electricians to join our team in the Kern County, CA area.

The ideal candidate has strong industrial electrical experience, can work independently, and takes pride in performing quality work safely and efficiently.

Work is Monday-Friday, 7am-5pm with some Saturdays. Pay is $35-$50 based on experience. Long term, temp to hire opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Install, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair industrial electrical systems and equipment.
• Install and terminate conduit, wire, cable, panels, disconnects, transformers, motors, and control equipment.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, schematics, and one-lines.
• Perform electrical installations in industrial facilities and production environments.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems and identify faults using appropriate testing equipment.
• Perform motor, control, and equipment connections and terminations.
• Maintain compliance with applicable electrical codes, safety requirements, and project specifications.
• Work safely around energized equipment, machinery, and industrial production environments.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Communicate effectively with foremen, project management, other trades, and customers.

Qualifications:

• Valid Journeyman Electrician credentials/card as applicable.
• Proven industrial electrical experience.
• Strong knowledge of electrical installation, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Ability to read blueprints, electrical drawings, and schematics.
• Experience with conduit installation, wire pulling, terminations, and equipment connections.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a crew.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Strong commitment to job-site safety and quality workmanship.
