Job Description
The Mobile Service Tech helper is critical to delivering an unrivaled customer experience. The Mobile Service Tech helper will be assisting the Mobile Service Technician by performing multiple levels of mechanical repairs. You will be documenting repairs and communicating documentation to our mobile service customer. You will maintain proper inventory of tools and maintenance of the mobile service van. You will be required to complete all Ford certified training in relation to the mobile service helper position.
This position will acclimate your mechanical and people skills to the next level to build your functional expertise and provide you with the required skills for further promotions within the company.
- Must have at least one year of mechanical service or repair
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Leadership experience a plus
- Clean DMV
- Good computer skills
