Can Do Crew Staffing is seeking an experienced Selling Senior HVAC Technician who excels at both technical diagnostics and customer service. This position is ideal for a highly skilled technician who enjoys helping homeowners make informed decisions while maximizing their earning potential.

You'll perform advanced diagnostics, maintenance, and replacement consultations while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

• Diagnose and service residential HVAC systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance on residential heating and cooling equipment.
• Identify opportunities for system replacement when appropriate.
• Present replacement options and prepare customer estimates.
• Perform heat load calculations and Manual J calculations when required.
• Complete accurate documentation and communicate effectively with installation teams.
• Provide technical leadership and support to other technicians.
• Maintain current knowledge of HVAC products, equipment, financing options, and manufacturer guidelines.
• Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining professionalism on every call.

• Minimum 5+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Proven ability to identify and present replacement opportunities.
• Knowledge of residential HVAC systems, airflow, ductwork, and load calculations.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable using tablets, mobile technology, and digital service software.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.

• Valid California Driver's License.
• Clean driving record that meets company insurance requirements.
• Ability to lift equipment and materials as needed.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to climb ladders, crawl in attics and crawlspaces, and perform physical job duties safely.
• Must successfully pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
