This is a full-time, on-site Plumber role based in Bakersfield, CA. The Plumber will install, repair, and maintain piping, fixtures, and plumbing systems in commercial and residential construction projects. Daily responsibilities include reading blueprints, laying out and assembling pipe systems, troubleshooting leaks and blockages, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring all work complies with building codes and safety standards. The role also involves coordinating with project managers and other trades on job sites, documenting work performed, and communicating clearly with clients and team members to provide reliable service and support project timelines.

• Candidates should possess strong plumbing skills, including installation, troubleshooting, and system testing.
• Candidates should possess experience working with pipe systems, fittings, and related tools and materials.
• Candidates should possess maintenance and repair skills, including preventative maintenance and responsive service for plumbing issues.
• Candidates should possess maintenance capabilities for plumbing-related equipment and a focus on safety and quality standards.
• Candidates should possess customer service skills, including clear communication, professionalism, and responsiveness to client needs.
• Relevant trade certification or plumbing license in California is preferred.
• Experience in commercial construction or mixed-use developments is beneficial.
• Ability to lift and move materials, work in varying site conditions, and follow safety protocols consistently.
• Reliable transportation to job sites in and around Bakersfield, CA.
