Kern Regional Center in California seeks a dedicated Service Coordinator/Case Manager to provide overall service coordination, advocacy, and service arrangements for consumers and families. You will develop and implement the IPP and PCP, prepare progress reports and annual reviews for clients in traditional and Self-Determination programs.
The ideal candidate holds a BA/BS in human services or related field with two years of relevant experience; bilingual Spanish/English is highly desirable.
