Kern Regional Center is seeking a dedicated Service Coordinator/Case Manager to coordinate services and advocate for consumers and families in Kern, Inyo, and Mono Counties. You will develop IPPs/PCPs, produce progress reports, and monitor annual reviews for individuals in traditional or Self-Determination programs.
The role requires strong communication, organization, and computer skills, plus a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Bilingual Spanish/English is highly desirable.
