Community Action Partnership of Kern in Bakersfield, CA is seeking a Housing Navigator for the Coordinated Entry System. This full-time role supports a regional network of service providers by linking individuals to housing and benefits, performing assessments, referrals, and HMIS data entry.
You will identify unsheltered homeless through community referrals, administer assessment tools, coordinate resources, and work with the Bakersfield-Kern Regional Homeless Collaborative to move clients
