Founding Full Stack Engineer

As one of our first engineering hires, you'll work directly with our co-founder and CTO to architect and build Cora from the ground up. You'll have significant influence over our roadmap and help establish our engineering culture.

Design and implement robust backend services and APIs using Python and Fast API

Build seamless integrations with enterprise platforms (Slack, MS Teams, etc.)

Create elegant and responsive frontend experiences using React and Vite

Develop our core workflow engine for event and schedule-based automations

Help shape our technical roadmap and make key architectural decisions

Work closely with customers to iterate on product features

Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience

8+ years of production engineering experience

Strong Python expertise and experience with modern web frameworks

Deep experience with React and modern frontend development

Track record of building complex integrations with enterprise platforms

Experience with distributed systems and scalable architectures

Experience with applied AI and integrating with ML systems is a big plus

Ability to navigate ambiguity & challenges with composure

Strong sense of ownership and reliability

Insatiable curiosity and passion for learning

Early adopter mindset - you're already using AI tools like Cursor to be a 100x developer

Responsive to feedback and quick to implement improvements

Autonomous work style while being excellent at collaboration

Natural mentorship abilities and team-first mindset

Experience in fast-paced startup environments
