Shipping Supervisor

Location: City of Industry
Work: In Office 5 days a week
Bilingual: English and Chinese
Must have related experience and tenure of 3 years with current employer
Salary: $70K+

• Process orders using Microsoft BC software, including printing carton and shipping barcode labels.
• Manage important documents such as advanced shipping notices, pick slips, and bills of lading.
• Schedule loaders with transportation carriers.
• Supervise and guide warehouse loaders/pickers.
• Submit daily orders, including EDI ASN and invoices.
• Resolve issues regarding shipped orders.
• Handle daily inventory updates.
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies.
• Report to management on activities and issues.
• Submit transportation (ticket) portal access.
• Responsible for daily work orders.

• Organizational skills, detail-oriented, and ability to multi-task.
• Proven experience as a shipping manager.
• Solid knowledge of logistics procedures.
• Experience in using EDI and preparing shipping documents (e.g., ASN).
• Computer savvy with excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel).
• Experience in directing and evaluating subordinates.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High school diploma; degree is a plus with 2-3 years logistics experience.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese.
