• Deliver products to customers: average 10-12 stops per day, touching freight, completing paperwork, and providing excellent customer service.
• Accurately count and record quantities and styles of products delivered and picked up.
• Complete hazardous material shipping orders papers in accordance with DOT regulations.
• Conduct and report pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections.
• Identify need for timely vehicle repairs and/or maintenance.
• Build relationships and partnerships with internal and external customers to meet business and customer goals.
• Continuously build knowledge on Linde’s business operations and other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED; proficiency in reading and writing in English.
• 2 years of consecutive driving experience or recent certification from a Truck Driving School, along with a valid Class A or B CDL.
• Age 21 years or older.
• Hazmat endorsement on CDL or must obtain within 60 days of hire.
• No preventable accidents, license suspensions, or moving violations in past 2 years.
• No alcohol‑related convictions within last 10 years.
• Must pass DOT physical and obtain medical certificate.
• Ability to push, pull, move, and lift a minimum of 75 pounds.
