About the Role

Delivery Driver with ALOP Team, an Amazon Delivery Service Provider located at  Wilson Road, Bakersfield, CA.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver 200+ packages per day across the Bakersfield area.
• Work 8‑10 hour shifts, 3‑5 days per week with at least one weekend day.
• Maintain high customer service standards and adhere to safety protocols.

• $21.25 per hour (up to $31.87 per hour based on experience)
• Paid training and Amazon branded uniform, cell phone, and delivery vehicle.
• Health benefits after 90 days, 401(k) plan, and up to 80+ hours PTO.
• Opportunities for advancement to Lead Driver, Dispatcher, or Operations Manager.

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work independently or in a team.
• Comfortable driving in varying weather conditions.
