10-4 Truck Recruiting is seeking drivers for OTR, Dedicated, and Local lanes in the United States. New drivers start in OTR and must log 20,000 safe miles before switching lanes.
Routes vary, with options for weekly home time on Dedicated, and daily home time on Local; pay scales are mileage-based with performance pay. Solo drivers can earn with mileage;
Team drivers start at 0.55 CPM with raises after 3 months, and Lease Purchase offers up to $3,500/week with incentives.
