Warehouse Inventory Office Clerk

Hadco Metal Trading, a long‑stable and highly regarded distributor of semi‑finished metals and plastics, is looking to hire an experienced Inventory, Receiving, or Logistics professional to join their bustling office and help support the daily operations of their Bakersfield facility.

The Warehouse Inventory Office Clerk will work 100% on‑site in the Bakersfield office, from 10 am‑7 pm Monday through Friday (with the possibility to work an earlier shift once trained).

Hadco Metal Trading distributes and supplies metal products including aluminum, stainless steel, carbon, related alloys, and mechanical grade plastics. Compile and maintain records of quantity, type, and value of material, equipment, merchandise, and supplies using our ERP system.

• Receive new material and accurately enter information into the ERP system.
• Maintain accurate inventory records for available material within our ERP system.
• Compare inventory to office records, using sales orders, production records, or purchase invoices to maintain accurate inventory.
• Verify clerical computations against physical count of stock and adjust inventory as necessary.
• Investigate and report adjustments as needed.
• Verify and document information on receipt or disbursement of material, equipment, merchandise, or supplies, and compute inventory balance, price, and cost.

• Available to work on‑site Monday – Friday from 10:00 AM‑7:00 PM.
• Receiving, logistics, and/or inventory experience.
• Basic math skills including measuring and fractions.
• Minimum 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma/GED preferred.

Salary

$18–$25 per hour.
