Regulatory Compliance Specialist, Operations Management
Job Title
Responsibilities include:
Oversee daily construction operations on assigned projects
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company safety policies
Monitor project schedules and adjust as needed to meet deadlines
Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to plans and specifications
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders
Maintain project documentation, including daily reports and progress updates
Identify and resolve on-site issues proactively and recommend and implement corrective action
Ensure compliance with building codes, permits, and regulatory requirements
Manage material deliveries and site logistics
Needs to be willing to travel if needed
Resolve complaints with property owners in areas where our personnel are working
Coordinate scheduling and ensure adequate staffing
Assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority to the lead technicians
Other duties as assigned
Requirements5+ years of construction supervisory experience (commercial/residential/industrial as applicable)
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in construction management software preferred
OSHA certification preferred
EducationHigh school diploma or GED required
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
Physical DemandsAbility to lift weight up to 75 lbs
Ability to carry and climb a 28' ladder from truck to pole and/or house
Ability to work in all kinds of weather conditions
Walking, sitting, kneeling & crouching
