Construction Supervisor

Responsibilities include overseeing daily construction operations on assigned projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company safety policies, monitoring project schedules and adjusting as needed to meet deadlines, conducting site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to plans and specifications, collaborating with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders, maintaining project documentation, including daily reports and progress updates, identifying and resolving on-site issues proactively and recommending and implementing corrective action, ensuring compliance with building codes, permits, and regulatory requirements, managing material deliveries and site logistics, being willing to travel if needed, resolving complaints with property owners in areas where our personnel are working, coordinating scheduling and ensuring adequate staffing, assigning duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority to the lead technicians, and other duties as assigned.

Requirements include 5+ years of construction supervisory experience (commercial/residential/industrial as applicable), strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations, ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings, excellent leadership and communication skills, strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, proficiency in construction management software preferred, and OSHA certification preferred.

Education includes a high school diploma or GED required, and an associate or bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Physical demands include the ability to lift weight up to 75 lbs, ability to carry and climb a 28' ladder from truck to pole and/or house, ability to work in all kinds of weather conditions, walking, sitting, kneeling & crouching, and driving.
