The SR HR Generalist – Recruitment & Special Projects serves as a strategic and hands-on HR partner with primary responsibility for full-cycle recruitment and the execution of high-impact HR initiatives. This role works closely with senior leadership to attract top talent, drive organizational effectiveness, and lead cross-functional HR projects that support business goals. The ideal candidate is both operationally strong and strategically minded, with the ability to influence, problem-solve, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for exempt and non-exempt roles, from workforce planning and job design through offer negotiation and onboarding
  • Partner with senior leaders to understand business needs, hiring priorities, and long-term talent strategies
  • Develop and execute proactive recruiting strategies to attract diverse, high-quality candidates
  • Manage relationships with external recruiting partners, vendors, and job boards
  • Analyze recruiting metrics (time to fill, quality of hire, pipeline health) and recommend improvements
Strategic HR Partnership
  • Serve as a trusted HR advisor to senior leadership, providing guidance on talent, organizational design, and workforce trends
  • Support leaders with interviewing, selection decisions, and onboarding strategies to ensure successful hires
  • Translate business objectives into practical HR solutions that drive performance and engagement
Special Projects & HR Initiatives
  • Lead and/or support special HR projects such as process improvements, policy development, engagement initiatives, and change management efforts
  • Partner cross-functionally to design and implement programs aligned with company culture and values, such Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful execution
HR Generalist Support
  • Provide day-to-day HR support across areas including employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR policies
  • Assist with investigations, documentation, and resolution of employee relations matters as needed
  • Ensure HR practices align with employment laws and internal standards
