Sweeper Operator

We are looking for a SWEEPER OPERATOR to join our Mesquite, TX plant. You will be responsible for repairing and maintaining equipment used in the cleaning and upkeep of ready‑mix concrete trucks, tractors, and trailers.

• Operate ready‑mix sweeper equipment to clean construction sites, roadways, parking lots, and other designated areas.
• Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance to ensure sweeper equipment remains in safe, reliable working condition.
• Follow all safety procedures while operating equipment.

• A high school diploma or GED.
• A minimum of 1‑year of industrial or manufacturing experience.
• Working knowledge of ready‑mix sweepers and/or related heavy vehicles and equipment.
• Good organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
