We are seeking an Overhead Door & Dock Equipment technician to join our team! As an Overhead Door/Dock Technician, you will spend your time driving to various work sites, troubleshooting and repairing or installing the door/dock. You will be responsible for documenting the steps you took and the material used. You will also be responsible for keeping up with your receipts according to company policy and communicating any jobsite details with owner.

The ideal candidate has excellent attention to detail, great work ethic, great attitude, is highly organized and enjoys problem-solving.

• Travel to businesses and job sites
• Troubleshoot door or dock and repair or newly install
• Keep record of steps taken to complete job
• Keep track of receipts for job expenses and turn them in with notations
• Basic reading and writing skills

• Previous experience in door/dock repair & installation
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent work ethic
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Familiarity with basic computer use for despatching and recording steps taken for repairs
