Field Mechanic III
Hiring Immediately. Pay dependent on Experience; PAID WEEKLY!
Typical Schedule:
Monday - Friday 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Overtime Eligible)
Pay Range:
Dependent on Experience starting pay $29 - $36 per hour, and discretionary quarterly branch performance bonus

- Two weeks of vacation PTO in your first year + sick leave and personal time after 90 days.
- Minimum of 4 years experience as diesel mechanic, with a construction equipment or rental background
- Proficient troubleshooting and diagnosing skills with electrical and hydraulic systems, diesel engines, including Tier 4 and aftertreatment systems
- Experience performing major and minor repairs on diesel and gas engines, electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, as well as drive trains
- Must have necessary tools (~$10,000+ value)
- Experience working on industrial pumps, power equipment, and HVAC is a plus
- Having a TWIC or Safety Council OSHA Basic Plus certification is preferred; will need to obtain if not held
- Basic computer knowledge for service work orders, parts ordering, and service related tasks
- Inspect, service, and test equipment, ensuring performance to manufacturer specifications
- Perform routine service on equipment which includes checking fluid levels, changing fluid and lubricating
- Perform novice level welding repairs (MIG & SMAW)
- Prepare and maintain accurate records on the maintenance and repair of equipment, including warranty records
- Team-player; works well supporting your team to achieve goals
