Essential Functions

• Ensure that all devices are properly working daily.
• Ability to read and understand utility drawings and maps.
• Ability to walk 3 to 5 miles a day if needed, carrying equipment.
• Ability to work in adverse conditions.
• Ability to learn new devices.
• Update supervisor/manager of any issues or problems in the field.

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• 1 to 2 years of line locating experience preferred.
• Able to read and comprehend utility drawings and/or maps.
• 1 year of computer skills preferred.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
• Problem‑solving skills.
• Must be self‑motivated.
• Strong time‑management skills.
• Must have/maintain a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Pass a pre‑employment drug screen and random drug screening.
• Schedule:
  
  Monday-Friday and available for weekend work as needed.

Hourly plus overtime and a company‑provided vehicle.
