Early Childhood Education Specialist
Requirements / QualificationsRequirements:
Bachelor degree or higher, in Early Childhood Education or related field, which must include six (6) semester units of Early Childhood Administration and two (2) semester units of Adult Supervision. Site Supervisor Permit or higher. Must have a minimum of (3) semester units of infant toddler development; must complete (3) additional units within one year of employment (6 units total).
Must possess a valid California Driver's license and carry current car insurance. Must possess current CPR and First Aid cards and verification of completion for the Health and Safety course prior to employment. Must submit verification of a current physical exam to Human Resources prior to employment. May require Bilingual/Bi-literate skills for certain programs.
Preferences:
Early Childhood Education Experience. Bilingual/Biliterate (Spanish)
