The Net Suite Administrator / Developer is responsible for managing, optimizing, and enhancing our Net Suite ERP system to support finance, operations, supply chain, and e‑commerce functions. This role combines system administration, customization, and development to ensure Net Suite runs efficiently, securely, and in alignment with business goals.
Primary Responsibilities:- Manage day‑to‑day Net Suite administration, including user access, roles and permissions, security controls, system configuration, and performance monitoring.
- Oversee system upgrades, patches, and feature releases while maintaining documentation and data integrity.
- Design and develop custom workflows, scripts, forms, records, and reports using Suite Script, Suite Flow, and native Net Suite tools.
- Build automation, approval processes, dashboards, and advanced saved searches to improve reporting and business intelligence.
- Develop and maintain integrations with e‑commerce platforms, logistics providers, website, sales tools, and warehouse management systems using APIs and middleware tools.
- Partner with finance, sales, operations, and supply chain teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Optimize order management, inventory, procurement, and fulfillment workflows to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, user training, and documentation to ensure consistent system adoption.
- Lead system implementations, enhancements, and optimization projects in coordination with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Support audits, compliance initiatives, and continuous system improvement efforts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 7–10 years of relevant professional experience
- Minimum 3 years of hands‑on Net Suite administration and development experience
- Strong proficiency in Suite Script, Suite Flow, Net Suite reporting tools, and core ERP modules
- Experience with system integrations and e‑commerce platforms
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and documentation skills
- Experience in wholesale, distribution, manufacturing, or furniture industries preferred
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and business‑focused
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous system improvement
- Net Suite administration (roles, permissions, system setup)
- Suite Script 2.x and Suite Flow development
- Saved Searches, Reports, and Dashboards
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (reporting, analysis, data modeling)
- Inventory and Order Management processes
- Net Suite reporting and analytics tools
REST and SOAP APIs - Integration platforms (Celigo, Dell Boomi, Mule Soft, Jitterbit)
- Order and inventory synchronization and automation
- CSV imports (Net Suite Import Assistant)
- Order feeds, pricing updates, and automation
- Shipping and carrier integrations (Fed Ex, UPS, or similar)
- Fulfillment, freight, and logistics reporting workflows
