Operations Manager

As we scale, we are looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to lead production, warehouse, and fulfillment operations while helping us build efficient systems for long-term growth.

As Operations Manager, you will oversee the full operational workflow — from production planning to order fulfillment — ensuring quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction at every step.

This is a leadership role requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

• Oversee day-to-day operations across production and warehouse functions
• Lead, mentor, and manage team members
• Implement systems to improve efficiency and scalability
• Maintain reporting and operational KPIs
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations (GMP, labeling, quality standards)

• Plan and schedule production runs
• Coordinate raw materials and finished goods
• Ensure SOP adherence and quality control
• Maintain accurate documentation and records

• Manage inventory, procurement, and shipping materials
• Oversee order processing and timely fulfillment
• Ensure accuracy using platforms such as Shopify, Ship Station, Fishbowl, etc.
• Maintain warehouse organization and safety standards

• Respond to customer inquiries professionally via phone and email
• Assist with order placement and resolve fulfillment issues

1–3 years experience in operations, warehouse management, or fulfillment

Experience with e-commerce and warehouse software (Shopify, Ship Station, Fishbowl, Klaviyo preferred)

Strong organizational and time-management abilities
