Pump Man, a Harrington company, is seeking a Shop Foreman in Baldwin Park, CA. The role is the lead technician for pump repairs in the shop, owning and managing shop operations to improve safety, organization, efficiency, and training.
You will report to the Service Manager and General Manager, supervise daily shop activity, oversee estimates, labor planning, scheduling, and quality control, and mentor technicians while enforcing safety regulations.
